Our Story

BUCERIS CONCEPT is created in 2015 due to the high demand for taking away fresh mead for home cooking. Back then, our Chef-Owner, Mher Gevorkjan was successfully running its first Steakhouse in Vilnius-the Böff, since 2012. 

These days country was in a great wake-up stage with new businesses and companies were established after economic crises. Böff was on-demand restaurant booked every day & night… Demand was so high that we opened Buceris Vilnius inhabitants to gain their favorite Meat cut and prepare it at home. 

Our company was first in the market to Import finest Cuts from around the World. We started to organize Steak Tasting Dinners where Chef interacted with guests and spoke about various cattle and breeds. We brought Beef Eating Habits to Lithuania. 

Our Buceris Bistro was nominated as 10 Best Restaurants in Lithuania by White Guide Nordic in 2017. Our Chef-Owner Mher Gevorkjan, is a member of the Institute of Masters of Meat.
